Hi Melissa, I am loving your blog, but I have a question. You talked about the lens you use in a Beauty set up, talked also about wide angle, but what do you use when you shoot those amazing full body studio lookbooks type of shots? Like the one where you userd a one light source (deep throat) and sat on the floor far away from the model. I am guessing 85mm?

Canon Lens are one of the best lenses you can get specially the L version of EF lenses-~.

Yep, been workin my 85mm 1.8 (which I adore)……105 macro2.8 and some fashion on the 17-55mm 2.8.
I tend toward primes for sure. But do experiment with both!
On a crop D300 by the way.
