Explanation: Actually I was brain storming with my girlfriend, who is actually the model, and in that come and go, we came up with the idea of the balloons and the girl floating etc.

Melissa Rodwell’s Critique: First of all, I think the styling on this shot really works! And what I loved most was the way the round balloons were repeatedly mimicked throughout the shot as we see in the ferris wheel. It made my eye move around and back again to the model. I know a lot of work went into this shot and I think Don mastered that part very well. I would’ve liked to have seen less distraction on the ground behind the model but overall the shot was so good it didn’t bother me. Great concept and collaboration between photographer and “Muse”.
