Personal Information:
Name: Harry Fayt
Explanation: This an image I did for a T-shirt designer here in Belgium. it was a last minutes concept I proposed to make an underwater shoot at the last minute. I wanted to make humor about the girls fishing (chat up). there is an other subtle reason but it’s about french words on the tee-shirt and not that easy to explain quickly.’
Melissa Rodwell’s Critique: I just think that Harry did a great job showing off a T-shirt. I love the humorous twist to it and the girl is perfect for the shot. Good lighting, I know lighting underwater can be challenging. Harry executed a old idea and gave it a fresh, young, friendly feel. Good job, Harry!

She has a real twins sisters, Alice.
Eyes open, mouth open and underwater. No bubbles? What a girl. This model deserves a medal let alone the photographer. It’s a nice twist as a concept and looks as if the model is floating in air, not water. Excellent work.
Fishes don’t make bubbles, Photoshop either
Silly me and point taken Harry – I stand corrected. I still like the apparent lack of water though and that’s surreal in itself. There are many layers in this work (and I don’t mean Photoshop ones).
It seems like she is not in water at all, but lighting was done from above to cast shadows similar to the ones created by water.
I just erased the bubble, like the anti-gravity feeling, an a cristal clear water, color correction also play is part, the greenich bluish teint has been filtered. Oh jezz I love so much underwater photography, is any one has a pool in NY where I could extend my portfolio? I miss that so much.
I made so much spelling mistakes in my last post, I ve been too quick. Excuse me I am Belgian
